The Security Council,
Recalling the continued occupation and forced conversion of the Monarchist Bloc to a governorship by The Communist Bloc,
Acknowledging that an injunction resolution alone may not be sufficient to secure the liberty and autonomy of the Monarchist Bloc,
Noting with concern that the Monarchist Bloc remains password protected, effectively preventing former residents from accessing their native region,
Recognizing that it is the inherent right of residents to freely inhabit and participate in the governance of their native region without undue restriction,
Understanding that through the process of liberation, the ailments and challenges faced by the Monarchist Bloc may be addressed and relieved,
Reaffirming the principles of self-determination, sovereignty, and the right to freely determine political status, as enshrined in the inherent rights of free nations and peoples,
Urges The Communist Bloc and all relevant parties to engage in sincere and constructive dialogue with the lawful residents of the Monarchist Bloc to address their concerns, restore their rights, and ensure their meaningful participation in the region’s governance,
Calls upon The Communist Bloc to immediately remove the password protection and all other undue restrictions that hinder the residents’ rightful return to the Monarchist Bloc.
The Security Council, Hereby enacts the following resolution for the Liberation of the Monarchist Bloc.
