Admiring the community of New Westphalia as one with a storied history of resilience across both regions and years, relocating from Westphalia to RHINIA in the face of raider adversity in 2018, and eventually New Westphalia to preserve the decade-old Westphalian community of nations,
Recognizing 
Free City of Rigia as the legal sovereign of New Westphalia and its community as a long-time native, serving as the delegate multiple times, being the incumbent officeholder, and long-time caretaker of the community prior to the ongoing invasion,
Saddened by the seizure of New Westphalia by raider forces, and noting with alarm that the militaries involved in the ongoing occupation have a pattern of affinity with region destruction beyond repair,
Affirming the natives’ desire to move to a region with a more robust security apparatus in the aftermath of this conflict, and safeguard New Westphalia under native control throughout that process rather than have it be destroyed via a hostile reestablishment,
Encouraging the international community to communicate with and assist the native Westphalians in securing and preserving their region following the removal of raider forces,
Hereby liberates New Westphalia.
