I would be too if it wasnt for the center of Japan being all mountainious,
Still, it is strange how the tidal waves flooded our territories and no further… They even conformed to national boundaries! That is some freaky water 
I’d put in fallout zones too…
Just making sure, are we using my original draft as the water at its high point, or no? Because if not, then I might still have an entire territory left (Check it out, territory 105, and that tiny island).

also Yes FPS your map is the extent of the tidal floodong.
Yea, I think topographical would be the way to go. Maybe raise sea level by a a few hundred feet, and see where it lands?
