The Office of the Provost is of the understanding that you are applying with a WA Waiver from the Citizenship Office. Per Section 5.3. of the Standing Orders of the Magisterium, your application has gone to a vote of the Magisterium, as the Office of the Provost is only permitted by Section 5.2.1 of the Standing Orders of the Magisterium to admit someone whose Resident nation is also their WA nation.
