On behalf of the State of Mortem Terra Outland I say “Hello”.
The Borderlands of Mortem Terra Outlands is a fledgling, environmentally stunning nation, notable for its absence of drug laws. Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 5 million enjoy extensive civil freedoms, particularly in social issues, while business tends to be more regulated.
We are a new state working on our crime problems while also attempting to reduce government oversight of our general population. We are currently looking into the pros and cons of joining the TEP and plan on collectively deciding within the next few days.
