SUMMARY OF EVIDENCE FILED (Verify Sending to Viceroy with an "X ") | (X) |
Following a citizenship audit unilaterally conducted by Aivintis in his capacity as a member of the citizenship office, 5 EPSA soldiers lost their citizenship.
The citizenship act states that
However, after conversation with EPSA commanders, no commander was approached to be verified of the status of these soldiers or to show records of the soldier’s deployments for review.

Aivintis reasons in the removal post that EPSA has not posted any deployment logs for review, however, EPSA deployment logs have shifted off forums to discord. Only EPNS archives remain as a category in the executive category. EPSA has made the shift a long time ago with the last post in the EPSA thread being 2 years ago, while the EPSA thread itself is unpinned.
As an EPSA commander who directed operations which required the deployment of the 4 EPSA soldiers, I am therefore responsible for giving the orders which saw Aivintis stripping the citizenship of these 5 soldiers. As seen above, I too was not approached to verify the deployment status.
I therefore request for the conclave to review this action and rule that Aivintis’s removal of citizenship from EPSA soldiers is nullified based on the lack of due diligence to coordinate with the EPSA overseeing officer to verify the status of EPSA soldiers.
I would also like to seek that the stripping of citizenship of the EPSA soldiers be withheld for the duration of this trial.
