Unfortunately, my hand has been forced.
I am hereby invoking Section 6.2 of the Standing Orders of the Magisterium:
…6.2. Any Magister may motion for the removal of the Provost by majority vote. If a Magister seconds the motion: the Provost shall be immediately suspended and can no longer exercise any of the Provosts’ duties.
As much as I would hate to do this, especially while I’m on Leave of Absence, it has been proven necessary.
Provost @AC5230 has demonstrated a failure to perform their duties as Provost, failing to update amended laws as well as the Record of Magisters.
If another Magister seconds this motion, Provost AC will be immediately suspended while a vote to sustain the removal is opened.
