I am moving to vote to decrease the endorsement cap from 400 to 300.
We are apparently dangerously close to the F/S game update, which will drop feeder region spawn rates to 50%, not to mention our top Vizier only has 520 endorsements.
Ultimately it would be best to decrease the endorsement cap to a % of the delegate’s endorsements but 300 is an incremental change that would be relatively enforceable in the short term.
