Feel free to ask questions of me and/or the applicant, @Cappedore

It’s always good to see people volunteer to help TEP out! As I understand, a number of people volunteered for this position within minutes of a ping/advertisement being posted on Discord.

The Citizenship Act states that applications may be rejected if filled out incorrectly or if left uncompleted. In the latter case, are you more of the opinion that the Office should follow up on incomplete applications or that it should expect the applicant to actively respond without further prompting?

Why yes, absolutely! The government and citizenship office should have a responsibility to guide new members of the region through the process of becoming an integrated member of the community. If we simply disregard or put aside incomplete applications or applications with errors without any consultation with the applicant, then we miss out on new additions to the community as a whole. Ergo, not following up on such applications is not productive and the office therefore must be efficient in ensuring nobody is left unaccounted for

Thank you for your reply - I completely agree with you! I have no other questions.

If the rest of the Magisterium is satisfied as well, I now move for a vote.

I second the motion.

Considering what Drem has uncovered I hereby motion this to a vote personally

Seconded
