I would like to nominate @Shadow to the Praesidium. I believe that Shadow is very motivated to serve The East Pacific and has done great in the past. Shadow was a Vizier before they became Delegate, plus their views and positions on NS events would be welcome in the Praesidium. In all I believe that Shadow would make a great Vizier, from their dedication to serve the region to their past experience.

Barring a horrible performance in the office (or in general), being Delegate usually qualifies you to be Vizier by default.
Shadow is incredibly deserving of the role and I support the nomination whole-heartedly.
