The Republic of North Dveria is a nation located on the eastern coast of the Gulf of Itur. Backed by unclaimed wilderness to the north and east, its neighbors include South Hills across the Gulf to the west and South Dveria to the south. The nation is a unitary parliamentary constitutional republic. Formed on July 22, 2016 after two years under a Volkian military administration following the 2014 Dverian War, the country has managed to stabilize significantly since 2019.

The Ministry for Foreign Affairs is the ministry responsible for preparing and implementing the North Dverian government’s foreign policy, as well as handling matters relating to overseas North Dverian nationals. The Ministry for Foreign Affairs invites nations to apply for the following:

Embassies will be built in the capital of Lukashek, while consulates may be built in any of North Dveria’s other major cities: Karngi, Rapsuu, and Paila.
