NOTICE FROM THE MAGISTERIUM
The Viceroy of the Conclave is hereby informed of the passage of [A-2025-55] A Different Amendment to the Delegate Elections Act, which was subsequently signed into effect by the Acting Delegate of the East Pacific.
The Viceroy is now additionally charged with receiving votes in a Delegate election by telegram, reproducing the contents of the telegram and including an image of the telegram in the voting topic before counting votes and announcing results.
