Oan Embassy

15TH DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF EUROKRAINE

Greetings to the Oan Isles,

We would like to extend an invite out towards the both of our states, which will we will dive deep into both of our political stances between the Oan Isles and Eurokraine. And we sought to improve our neutrality to the Oan Isles, and what better way than to request a non-aggression pact, an exchange of embassies, a cultural exchange program, and a visa program. A trade agreement between us is most prioritized when Eurokraine is planning on establishing international relations with other states, and our exports, with the best quality of oil, automobiles, and most especially gemstones, which is among the best in the world in exchange for your imports. We are most confident these requests will be accepted greatly, and both of our nations can live with peace between us.

Best Regards,

Official Communication of the Oan Isles
To: Zukchiva Foreign Minister
From: Oan Foreign Minister
Subject: Re.: Death of the Ambassador[hr]
Greetings,

We are deeply disturbed by this revelation. The media has speculated on the death and there is some conjecture about malfeasance that nuances the tone of the publications of the day. We request a full explanation of the event and a report on what has happened. We would also like to request that our forensic officials are allowed to investigate the death of the ambassador. Given the gravitas of the case, we believe that we must be absolutely certain about what has happened and how it has happened. Mrs Toangakau wants to take her husband’s body as soon as possible. We do not want to unnecessarily delay her husband’s funeral or aggravate this situation any further for his family.

Official Communication of the Oan Isles
To: Zukchiva Foreign Minister
From: Oan Foreign Minister
Subject: Notice of Charge[hr]Greetings,

We have contacted our lawyers in Zukchiva who have advised us to pursue legal action against the two police officers. We will proceed to submit the charges for second-degree homicide, and negligent endangerment of life to the Seveni Criminal Court. We will seek the maximum sentence.

We will employ Rastov and Co. Attorneys to represent our interests in this matter. We request clearance for private investigators from Varislav and Co. to investigate and assist the legal team to collect additional information. We believe that this will help displace the blame for the actions from the Zukchivan government to the police officers themselves. The Oan people are baying for blood. The severity of this act has the potential to seriously damage relations.

We believe that this is the best Kathy to mitigating the damage and somewhat preserving both our reputations.

Regards
Locklyn Le Roy

Dear Minister Le Roy,
We understand the legal actions you pursue and will help you in any way we can. We will also give clearance for your investigators to help in this case. We appreciate the effort that you have displayed in trying preserve our relations to the best of your ability.

We are currently holding meetings with our states and government police departments about what could have caused this incident, and how we can prevent such cases from occurring in the future. While investigations are still ongoing, a bias towards certain races in several cases in the past may show that some officers are prone to racism. They have been pulled out of their forces and are now on paid leave as we decide what to do to fix this racism issue. Additionally, we are now reviewing all police departments’ training regime, and seeing how it can be improved.

We hope that whatever occurs, that we may still maintain a good relationship.

With hope and regards,
Head of the Zukchivan Deparment of Foreign Affairs

Official Communication of the Oan Isles

Dear Matias Gómez,

The Oan Isles hereby formally recognises Casilló y Réal.

We agree to a travel agreement and trade agreement. However, please note that because the Oan Isles is a member of the UNAC, we will coordinate with our partners and get back to you on the framework that such agreements between our nations would entail.

As part of the IRSA and UNAC, we would like to defer our ascension to a non-aggression Pact until we finalize consultations with our alliance.

Any agreement we enter into with your nation will be bound by and subject to the UNAC and IRSA.

Have a good day further,

With respect,
Arana Marama,
Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Oan Isles
