  • Official EPU Bachelor Degree in East Pacifican Law

This thread contains the overview of said program. The program consists of various modules, who each need to be completed. Each module has it’s own specific thread, to which a link is given in the overview below. Students will sign up in this thread, upon which they can start with the first module. In each separate thread, information on this module can be found and upon completion the student will post in the module’s thread. The managing Holder, Dean, Vice-Chancellor or Chancellor will then confirm the completion of said module by the student, upon which the student can move on to the next module.

Once all modules are completed, the student will formally receive the official certificate in this main thread.

Modules:

1. Principles of Nationstates and East Pacifican Law

2. Law of the Sovereign East Pacific

  • Source Material: The laws can be found in the Magisterium: Laws of the East Pacific. Alternatively, a Codex has been made that compiles all current TEP law and is frequently updated: Scriptum Pacificus Orientalem.

  • The designated thread of this module can be found in this faculty.

  • After having studied these sources, students will notify the Holder or the Chancellery and receive a list of questions to confirm they’ve sufficiently mastered these texts. Students are free to ask questions in this Modules’ thread, which will serve as an added source.

  • Upon answering 60% of the test correctly, they pass for this module.

4. East Pacifican Law: Bachelor’s Thesis

  • This last module requires the Student to write a 500-word article on a chosen topic of TEP law. The student will have to chose a legal topic about or connected to a current East Pacifican law in force and critically assess said law in light of that legal topic.

*The student will post his chosen topic in the Modules thread. After confirmation by the Chancellery or the Holder, the student can proceed writing said article. Upon having finished this, the student PM’s the article to the Chancellery or the Holder. Receiving a grade of 60% or more, the student passes for this module.

  1. When all modules have been completed and passed, the average of the scores will be the final score. The Student shall formally receive his degree from the Chancellery.
