At this time, Nivogal is officially added to the Historical Protection List. No nation is to invade or interact with him without the specific permission of the Office of RP Affairs.
ICly, Nivogal will be, in the next couple of days, experiencing a massive economic depression. As a result, the government will be going isolationist, that the nation can slowly recooperate without worrying about foreign commerce.
I should also note, at this time, that the Office of RP Affairs is declaring the entire thread chronicling the fall of Govindia a GodMod. A new thread will be created within the next week in order to create a new chronicling of the fall of Govindian.
There will be no involvement in either thread by any nations. There will be no direct RPing in either thread, but rather, news stories chronicling the falls from an outside perspective.
Anyone with suggestions or objections may feel free to post them here.

You did miss a bit, a lot of the abuse he was banned for was on AIM. (Which, I understand, does not talk nicely to your computer) Much of the rest was things like- well, you saw what he wanted to do to Leif de Cervantes’ funeral. He kept pushing similar plans, and got extremely rude when he was turned down.

From what I’ve seen, were Nivogal not historically protected, you’d have to wait in line.
Jenny wants to invade him too.
Might be a reason for the fall, so many invasions is sure to carve up the nation, provided we all actually RP an invasion

Eh, it wasn’t my original plan to do this, and I realize this is a bit of a weird way to do it, but…well, this just seems the best way. No loose ends, no RP to worry about, nothing. Just done, easily and quickly. Now we can just move on.
Of course, I do realize that many a nation were hoping to invade/plunder Nivogal. So, as with all of my decisions, I remind all RPers that my actions in regards to Nivogal can be appealed. But note that I’ll also fight this one out to the bloody end.
