Nominee Description:
- Bachtendekuppen, a puffin, joined the East Pacific in 2012, and in a remarkable feat would become Delegate a year later. He would guide the region through a time of identity-finding in his Delegate term.
- Following his Delegacy, Bachtendekuppen would serve as an excellent legal mind in TEP, serving as Provost, Viceroy, and Arbiter multiple times in his quest to develop TEP law.
- He would also go on to form the first working version of UTEP in 2013, and help free TEP from the Fedele coup attempt in 2019 and help the region reform its law afterwards.
