Todd McCloud was a fox and well-known raider when he joined TEP in 2009 after the Empire Coup. His first steps in the region included leading the way in drafting the Concordat.

Todd would also become TEP’s first Delegate under the Concordat, and would serve a variety of terms later on as well - always working to improve the region through various initiatives.

The fox was also a very notable law person and Urth roleplayer in his early years, and later worked to save TEP from the Fedele coup in 2019 as a Vizier and then helped with implementing law reform.
