Fish Island was one of the earliest known East Pacificans, having been active from 2004 to 2009. Island was also an active Urth roleplayer during this time, alongside a prominent forum games poster.

In addition to roleplaying, Fish Island would serve as a Magister under the 2005 Charter, alongside being Consul (Provost) during part of their tenure.

Fish Island was also the author of the DEFCON graphics, which were graphics used in TEP’s early years to denote regional stress levels and security worries to the general populace.
