Nominee Description:
-
The Free Pacific States, or FPS, was one of the East Pacific’s earliest forum roleplayers. Their nation was a noted democracy in the East Pacific, alongside an economic superpower and friendly nation.
-
In 2004, FPS helped draft the East Pacific’s second constitution, the Charter, after calling for fixes to the East Pacific’s prior constitution. There would have been no Charter without him.
-
In 2010, FPS also participated in discussions regarding the formation of the Concordat. He’d also play a pivotal role in the Magisterium’s debate for the next year as the legislature found its feet.
