Standard Member
Trial members are member states that are given the following privileges:

Permanent Invitee
Permanent Invitee states are states that are given the following privilege:

  1. Permanent status in OFAC

  2. Observers in non-exclusive OFAC meetings

  3. Direct communication with OFAC member states

  4. Military and economic cooperation

Invitee
Invitee states are states that are given the following privilege:

  1. Observers in non-exclusive OFAC meetings

  2. Direct communication with OFAC member states

  3. Military and economic cooperation

  4. Status can be revoked by a vote of the Assembly

On behalf of the Kingdom of Tavaris, I write to you today to apply for the status of Permanent Invitee in OFAC, by virtue of our overseas territory, Elatana. Elatana has been a Tavari territory since the year 1700, when it was first settled in cooperation with the Kingdom of Alksearia. Today, ten million people live on Elatana. Elatana is the most diverse part of Tavaris, with its citizens being Tavari Traditionalists, Akronists, Xaethosi, and many other religons. The people of Elatana are orcs, elves, and any other species you can think of. From Elatana, Tavari culture has reached out to places like Karishkanov, an Akronist country with whom Tavaris shares a special relationship, and the Union of Free Cities, where the Tavari port of Ilarís has welcomed people from all over the world since 1711. We are very proud of Elatana and all its people.

With times being as they are, we feel it is important to build as many relationships as we can in the region of Arcturia. We are reaching out today in the hopes of forging a new, stronger relationship with the nations of Arcturia. Safety and security are paramount concerns, but we are eager to build relationships in the economic, social, and political realms as well.
