Outdated Citizenships

Esteemed Viceroy,

I know there are likely a number of accounts that are masked under citizenship, but have either had their nations cease to exist or have moved to another region. Could you advise me on how to handle this issue? Typically we’d check every few months and move all outdated citizenship accounts to ‘Former Citizen’, which helps us when we re-process citizenship applications.

Esteemed Vizier,

I have announced a new audit and as such would appreciate if you (or any others) to volunteer to take this on. The Memorandum, http://forum.theeastpacific.com/single/?p=10027219&t=5191858 , calls for a report for accounts to be removed to be presented in order to be finalized and provide transparency to citizenship ‘removal’ or ‘updating’. Would this work towards the requested cause?

Thanks for the quick response & action plan. I haven’t seen the ten post requirement or the only-voting or 6 month login time elsewhere. I looked over the http://forum.theeastpacific.com/topic/7001895/1/#new, and while it does say in 6.4 that it doesn’t permit removal of citizenship in other means. I’m just trying to find out the qualifiers is all.

It is what has been done in the past, as it was decided to be a realistic (if not arbitrary) consideration of activity.
