I believe a possible solution to this would include Tuvaltastan backing away from claiming your capital and thus you giving a sizable part of claim in return.
I don’t intend to interfere too drastically.
My suggestion would be something like this.

Just to make everybody aware; The Commonwealth of Republic of Puncaeks has changed region and thus no longer needs to be considered for RP in TEP.
My capital is in one of Tuvalstan nations (or in Imperial Fandom) but i can just change the location of it. So for my part thats not an problem. Also could it be possible if i have this island? Currently its in Baykalias( Tuvalstan) territory. Originally i was planning on making it a naval base and a trading hub for Caltharus and i’d like to have it in my territory for that purpose.[spoiler]http://i.imgur.com/S9WiGSr.jpg
