I’ve noticed that more and more overlapping claims have been made to the TEP roleplay map and thought that it might be wise to discuss about those from a RP standpoint and to make Southern Yugoslavias work easier. Although i made this thread specifically to discuss about the overlapping in the large continent below East Malaysia you may also discuss about overlapping in other areas.

I’d like to see other countries’ minimum territorial claims as well.
I’m aware that there is a claim underneath me called MMH and for this reason I’ve drawn my minimum territorial claim likewise to what Tuvaltastan has done as seen in red.
Obviously I’d like for that to remain minimum and that me and MMH can talk to a more viable solution. I’ve given him the link to this thread.
I do see this being sorted out after all of this.

OK. So I’ve quickly drawn my take on this upon what Caltharus just posted.
Outline of red is what I think Caltharus should have.
Dark red is minimum South Staynes wants.
Yellow area of MMH claim, however I believe it’s a bit sporadic and without meaning so I think we should work on this.
As seen, purple outline is my take on MMH.
Obviously this is no where near finished but my take on things and a good example to go by for future reference.
I’m not sure Ethalria will be pleased but in order to make this fair this is my opinion, edit this, talk about it.
I don’t intend to share my minimum borders as I feel I’m not affected, but I will give some if it’s seriously needed.

I’m good with having my claim edited to fit MMH like the map below, however I would not like to give up much more than that, Unless there are any other overlapping claims of course
I agree with all of this so far.
Although my country has a claim, it is not in that area. However, there are still disputed lands in the the northwest corner of Urth. Luckily for me, most, if not, all of the other claims were from people who only posted a half dozen times and/or didn’t really contribute to the region at all.
Just wanted to say that.
As of now, I can’t create an image for it, but I would be willing to minimize my claim (to a point) if truly needed.

So here is my proposal on the matter. In this there no more is a nation known as imperial fandom and Baykalia would take its place, while Baykalias old area would be part of Caltharus. Also i’ve added Eltharias Northern areas to Caltharus and Staynes, since we plan on making a empire which would have common borders in the map (like pax draconia).

It has been brought to my knowledge that Imperial Fandom is a indipendent nation and not one of Tuvalstan so i propose that it keeps its own area and Baykalia seases to exist. What are everyones thoughts on this?

In order to keep my RP sound, I have claimed the islands south of Xiopothos. It is where the native Avut live, and Tuvaltastan is at war with.
I am unable to make any edits at this particular moment in time, however the latest post that you have submitted has Tuvaltastan propelling upwards into the heart of Ethalria and claiming its capital city Rivendale. I’m willing to compromise but having a country practically split in half down the middle makes no sense, especially considering that the borders are now in Ethalria’s capital.
I am willing to sacrifice a large share of my coastline so long as I get the lake that looks like a chili pepper. Also, I reduced my claim so there is a buffer around Ethalria’s capital:
