The Security Council,
Recognizing that while injunctions serve an important role in protecting vulnerable communities, they also have valuable utility in curbing problematic regions,
Identifying the splinter region of Cordone as a particularly sordid example of the latter due to its history being one extensive record of malfeasant, belligerent, subversive, and disgusting behavior,
Recalling the creation of the region by rogue states exiled from The East Pacific for continued acts poisonous to the very foundations of its community despite receiving numerous second chances and attempts at reconciliation,
Aghast at the nascent region shamelessly serving as a shelter for additional disgraced nations, including a particularly heinous bad actor that attempted to collapse the East’s entire regional government in the aptly named “ConCrisis” while serving in its judiciary before incinerating regional infrastructure, with both acts producing deep scars felt to this day,
Appalled by Cordone’s protracted campaign of antagonism and subversion against the East, and its persistent attempts to fracture, parasitize, and destabilize the East and its institutions,
Understanding that Cordone’s Frontier status and limited Delegate endorsement count presents an opportunity to deliver justice unto it; an opportunity that would be lost should its craven leadership succeed in transitioning it to a Stronghold, and
Believing that justice so delayed would be justice denied,
Hereby injuncts Cordone.
