Applauding Vibonia’s development of a democratic system of government, with an elected head of state and a Constitution which guarantees certain rights and freedoms to all of its citizens and residents, the separation of powers, and free and fair elections,
Noting that in recent months, Vibonia has experienced exceptionally rapid growth in its regional population, with over 1,200 nations residing in its scenic valleys and idyllic villages at the time of writing,
Praising the Vibonian government’s strenuous efforts to nurture a lively community and harness its population boom to the fullest through daily greetings for new nations, regular town hall meetings to discuss matters of import and provide delightful entertainment, and a robust integration program to convert their residents into productive, hard-working citizens,
Approving of Vibonia’s steadfast commitment to a neutral foreign policy, its promotion of frontier solidarity and sovereignty through membership in the Frontier Organization for Cooperation, Unity and Security (FOCUS), and its active expansion in foreign relations by opening consulates and embassies with influential regions such as The North Pacific, Europeia, Lone Wolves United, and the Plains of Perdition,
Acknowledging the ever-present threat of foreign invasions to Vibonia’s security and sovereignty as a result of its frontier status, which can potentially destroy all the hard work and labours of love that have gone into building its community, and leave over a thousand nations in exile without a home to return to,
Respecting the natives’ wish to remain free from external interference so that they can continue living in peace and maintaining an inclusive environment for all nations arriving in Vibonia’s valleys,
