Security Council Resolution #487 “Injunct Alcatraz” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
The Security Council,
Saluting the historic residents of Alcatraz, the custodians of a legendary land filled with heroes and champions of the multiverse who defended the defenseless,
Acknowledging the numerous heroes of old, such as Vazquez, who called Alcatraz their home and co-founded the Alliance Defense Network, the predecessor for the entire modern defender movement,
Noting the period of quiet that Alcatraz entered, a restful period where the custodians of greatness received respite from their days of glory to enjoy an extended period of calm,
Aghast at the invasion of Alcatraz by outlaws and assassins, who only sought to destroy the once hallowed halls of justice,
Saddened that this former preeminent protector of the downtrodden was degraded, disregarded, and disgraced by malicious forces as Alcatraz was raised and rebuilt in their image, losing the continuity which made it an important part of our history,
Recognizing that as the old Alcatraz is dead and buried, it should be allowed to rest peacefully in the memories of all,
Hereby Repeals SC#487: Injunct Alcatraz.
