EP, from the Olive branch I had said several times and to Nee herself that had they included us in their plans we would have very likely went along with them, but no they wanted it this way, and as soon as they have our reigon secured they plan on moving on the NP or the P, so I suggest that those comrades be prepared.

As a note, the top three did not not turn out to be West Pacificans-- Dalimbar is not West Pacifican. Indeed, Biyah was kicked out of the West a little while ago.
The perception of the Empire as associated with the West Pacific is indirect, via association with the WPD. Biyah and Neenee were the two top figures of the WPD, so it is understandable (and not lunacy) for some people to think of the Empire as WPD II, and thus associated with the West Pacific.
Now, this perception is not exactly the most accurate thing in the world. WPD did not last long as it was NOT popular in the West. The West Pacific likes being a republic, not a Dominion. As mentioned, Biyah is basically persona non grata in the West Pacific these days.
While some may have reasons for believing so, The West Pacific is not the Empire.
Is there anywhere much where his persona IS grata?
