SECTION 3, CLAUSE 4 OF THE DELEGATE ELECTIONS ACT SHALL BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
“Any Resident may nominate a Citizen and/or themselves to run as a candidate for the following elections for that nomination period. Any Citizen may nominate themselves, as well.”
SECTION 2, CLAUSE 1, SUBSECTION 2 IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
““Nominee”- A Resident Citizen who has been nominated, either by him- or herself,themselves or by another Resident in the designated thread (see 3.3.1) during the present Delegate election, as defined by the procedures of this Act and is yet to confirm their candidacy, or receive a necessary second.”
SECTION 2, CLAUSE 1, SUBSECTION 3 IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
"“Candidate”- A Resident who has verifiedCitizenship following relevant law and Citizen who has accepted a nomination or has had a seconded self-nomination as defined by 2.1.2 in the designated thread (see 3.3.1), the procedures of this Act and is therefore running for the position of Delegate in the present Delegate election.”
