The Carrot Principle Act
SECTION 1. …
1.1. This Act shall be referred to as the “Carrot Principle Act”.
SECTION 2. DEFINITIONS:
…2.1. For the purposes of this Act, “The Carrot Principle” shall be defined as the phenomenon where one considers a purple carrot to be a normal carrot if one was raised eating purple carrots.
…2.2. For the purposes of this Act, “Recognition” shall be defined as any form of positive feedback, appreciation, or reward that acknowledges one’s contribution.
SECTION 3. GENERAL PROVISIONS:
…3.1. The Executive shall recognize and support the Carrot Principle as a core value of TEP.
…3.2. The Executive shall integrate the Carrot Principle in all their actions and decisions under the Funkordat.
…3.3. The Executive shall report to the Clown Town Magisterium on their progress and challenges in implementing the Carrot Principle on a quarterly basis.
