There is no reason to gather endorsements besides a takeover attempt. Unless you’re a Vizier or want to be Delegate, you only need two. Those that want to see a shiny rank by their nation name are welcome to move their nations elsewhere.
Furthermore, every nation besides the Delegate and Viziers who has substantial Influence reduces the Influence available to those nations. Vanity titles hurt the effectiveness of the region. If I were in charge of making the rules, the cap would be far lower, not higher.

I agree with you. I know I’ve been saying this for two Magisterium sessions now (hint hint!), but perhaps the next Magisterium body could review the cap limit. Arbiters as well, seeing as we have a good working system in that body now.
