As A Mean Old Man announced in the Magisterum channel on Discord, 62 people had broken the endorsement cap of 35.  This is not surprising, given that (as of 25 January) the median endorsement count of endorsed WA nations in The East Pacific is currently 39, which is above the endorsement cap for nations not endorsing the delegate.

(if you don’t believe me that the median endorsement count is 39, if you seehttps://www.nationstates.net/page=list_nations/region=the_east_pacific/censusid=66?jump_to_page=95&start=940 there are 943 endorsed WA nations. 943/2 = 471.5 and the 472’d nation in endorsement count, if you see NationStates | The East Pacific | Most World Assembly Endorsements, is NationStates | The People's Republic of Valkyron Union who has 39 endorsements.

Thus I believe that the endorsement cap for nations not endorsing the WA delegate should be 50 - 100, rather than below the median endorsement count.

The person might be too inactive to know about it (for example they join NS, join the WA and then get a ton of endorsements, and then only learn about the endocap policy until 2 weeks later)

All I’m saying is that the endocap is currently way too low, so 50 or 60 would be more appropriate for this.

I suspect the magister is already a citizen.
