The New Pacific Order hereby ratifies the Green-Blue Accords, per the will of Emperor Krulltopia and the support of the Senator responsible for Foreign Affairs, Elegarth. The Senate is pleased to formally effect this alliance with The Pacific’s friends in The East Pacific, with whom we have shared a storied, special relationship based on friendship, respect, and a shared value for the well-being of the feeders at large. With this treaty, it is our sincere hope that the goals outlined in the preamble, found below, shall be realized for the benefit of both signatories.

THE GREEN-BLUE ACCORDS
Preamble
Honoring the long standing relationship between our regions, The East Pacific and Pacifica establish the following treaty in order to preserve and frame the foundations of our prosperous sisterhood, instill encouragement between our communities to maintain and create prevailing friendships, and march together - arm in arm - when threaten by any adversary to archive a peace.
This treaty shall concern The Pacific and The East Pacific in all of its clauses.
Section I - Mutual Recognition
- The signatories recognize the New Pacific Order as the rightful government under the articles of The Pacific and the government of The East Pacific as the rightful government under The Concordat of The East Pacific.
- Both signatories recognize each other as sovereign entities.
Section II - Diplomatic Relations
- The signatories ensure continuing diplomatic relations with each other.
- The signatories agree to open and maintain embassies for the other party, both in-game and on off-site forum(s).
Section III - Mutual Defense
- The signatories agree not to invade, raid or perform any other military action against the other’s region and it’s government as recognized by this treaty.
- The signatories agree to provide mutual defense to each other, when requested by either the Head of State or the highest military official of the legitimate governments recognized by this treaty.
- Defense can entail supplying in-game endorsements and/or verbal declarations of support by the Heads of State or equivalent Foreign Affairs officials.
Section IV - Military independence
- The signatories agree that they will respect each other’s sovereign power to perform any military operation that does not violate any other part of this treaty.
Section V - Intelligence Sharing
1.The signatories agree to inform their counterpart’s Head of State or equivalent Intelligence Officials of any threat to the signatories in-game or off-site regional security.
2.The signatories agree that any shared intelligence will be kept confidential.
3. Neither signatory will in any way, directly or indirectly, initiate or participate in espionage against the other signatory.
Section VI - Culture
- The signatories agree to allow the in-game and off-site promotion of each others’ cultural events, such as roleplay, games and educational activities.
- The signatories agree to cooperate in the organizing and hosting of cultural and educational events.
Section VII - World Assembly
- The signatories agree to mutually encourage and support initiatives to write proposals by each others Citizens and submitting proposals to the General Assembly and Security Council of the World Assembly.
Section VIII - Dissolution
- Either signatory may withdraw from this treaty after giving a week’s notice in the aforementioned embassies.
- Both signatories agree to make all reasonable efforts to seek a diplomatic solution before withdrawing.
