Council of Foreign Offices of the Red Crown Economic Union
The Red Crown Economic Union (Frakanic: Union Économique de la Couronne Rouge) shorthand as RCEU, is an intergovernmental economic-political union and defense pact organization. Founded in 2022 with five nations in light of growing concerns of neo-liberal trading organizations, labor exploitation of developing nations and acceptance of illiberal or authoritarian governments into such organizations.
RCEU focuses on the developing nations in the world with center-left and left-wing governments though it is open towards all political ideology of the developing world provided it is a democracy, anti-colonialist and anti neo-imperialist. For developed nations the requirements are more strict.
The primary legislature is Council of the Union, though there are several sub-organizations such as council for trade. The current Head Counselor is Margaux Beaumont.
There are two tiers of participation within the Red Crown Economic Union, with each one different requirements:

Ability to conduct its own foreign affairs.
Stages of Trade Acceptance
Application being accepted by a majority of the Council of the Union in a vote.
Unanimous vote in favor of the Council of Trade.
Negotiations with the Council of Trade.

Application being accepted by a majority of the Council of the Union in a vote.
Allowing RCEU election observers to elections, if the head counselor deems it such.
Declaration of rejection to colonialism and imperialism in all its forms.
Declaration of rejection of exploitation of developing nations by neo-liberal institutions and organizations.
Declaration of tolerance of religion, culture and species.
Any degree of sovereignty is accepted, including governments in exile. Provided they can prove their legitimacy of popular support by the people of the area they claim to originate from.
The council of foreign affairs works with the council of foreign trade to receive communiques from governments and governments-in-exile. As well making announcements for resolutions, confirmations of acceptance of agreements between nations and organizations.
