The Office of the Viceroy announces…

The Magisterium has recently passed a proposed amendment to Article F of the Concordat. In accordance with the Concordat, since 2/3rds voted in favor, it now goes to the citizenry in a referendum. Below is the proposed amendment:

Article F: Rights and Duties of Citizens and Residents

Section 6

No title shall be granted which does not confer upon the holder practical responsibility in government, other than that of Resident.

Section 76

Each Resident may leave the region freely. Citizens who leave the Region will have their citizenship removed. They shall also surrender all governmental roles, except in circumstances explicitly provided for by law.

All eligible citizens are abke to vote in this referendum.

Voting closed on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 12:00 PM UTC. 13 individuals voted. No votes were invalidated as all voters were Citizens and cast their vote in the proper time.

10 Citizens voted AYE and 3 Citizens voted NAY for a total of 13 voting Citizens. 0 Citizens declared present or abstinent.

This Proposal for Amendment is thusly ratified as a legally binding Concordat Amendment with ~76.92% of voting Citizens in favor of ratification, surpassing the 2/3 (~66.67%) majority required for ratification by the Concordat.
