The following is a proposal to repeal the Chief Officer of Justice Act, followed by a separate amendment (which may be voted on separately, I suppose, although is necessary for the complete elimination of the role) to the Public Official Disclosure Act:

We no longer appoint the COJ. We should do away with the role.
