WHEREAS Delegate Elections for the East Pacific are occurring in a week. WHEREAS many people are wondering about who is “running” as a candidate for Delegate Elections.
WHEREAS Wikipedia defines running as “a method of terrestrial locomotion allowing humans and other animals to move rapidly on foot. “

The Magisterium hereby resolves as follows:

All citizens are encouraged to participate in Delegate Elections, as they promote running, and therefore indirectly promote fitness and exercise.

This resolution is not a joking matter, as the health of the citizenry of the East Pacific should be of vital importance to the government.

Citizens may prefer to preform other exercises during Delegate Elections. These exercises should also be encouraged, so long as the caloric burn of one hour of running can be achieved within two hours of doing said exercise.
