Clause 3.7 of the Citizenship Act demands that “Active soldiers of the Eastern Pacific Sovereign Army […] must return WA status to their citizen nation whenever they are not actively deployed in a foreign region on the orders of the EPSA.” As Overseeing Officer Dremaur has not posted any record of long-term deployment, the following soldiers are found in violation of this clause:
- DaWu has not returned their WA to their citizenship nation for 18 days/36 updates.
- Cyberstrom has not returned their WA to their citizenship nation for 14 days/28 updates.
- Jakun has not returned their WA to their citizenship nation for 22 days/44 updates.
- Sokala has not returned their WA to their citizenship nation for 37 days/74 updates.
- Wallenburg has not returned their WA to their citizenship nation for 38 days/76 updates since this provision was signed into law on May 29th by the Delegate.
All those who have had their citizenship removed may apply for citizenship to be reinstated. All those holding positions which require citizenship are hereby removed from those offices.
