Rise Of The Four Headed Dragon

Slares, Nacata

Charlotte walked through the halls of the Nassad headquarter down a flight of stairs to the secret room nicknamed the Devils Dungeon, it was the place Charlotte carried a majority of her secretive missions that she herself would be directly involved in. Most people, not even her own family knew that the Iron Lady was herself still actively apart of the Nidon special unit. Most people from the outside world view her decisions as insane and crazy that only the child of death would be okay, yet are the same people who have yet done anything useful in protecting the Jurain population in the world besides giving a cold typical sympathy speech of how they dislike what is going on. No, she did not have the luxury of sitting back and talking she had to protect every Nacatan citizen and Jurain across Urth, nothing would stop Nacata from completing its goal of doing exactly that. The creation of Nassad did the mission no one else would do and took the risk needed to complete the goal, not bound by and laws the mission was and always will be simple, protect Nacata at all cost.

She walked up to the pad scanning her eyes before walking through the large door into a room with several officers of different assassinations squads sat drinking tea, they would notice her and immediately stand up and salute. She would salute back before taking a seat at the table letting off a grin at the men, it was here where she would introduce the four heads of Nacatan Dragon.

“Good afternoon gentlemen, I’ve called you here to introduce the new Four Headed Dragon policy for Nassad. I believe to maximize Nacata intelligence capability it is time we start to train our closes allies and train them how to become ראשי דרקון אמיתיים (True Dragon Heads). For what it’s worth I do believe that if we get these countries on board it is a chance that they themselves will be able to handle our problems at home, that way it gives us a chance to catch terrorists and politicians around the world.” She would say before sipping her tea looking around at the men as they nodded.

A young officer named Efren Blumenfeld would raise his hand asking a question that for the most part irrelevant to Charlotte, “So what are we going to do about Mr.Hanlon? Surely he can’t insult you and not suffer his consequence.”

Charlotte looked letting off a chuckle before replying “Fools make feasts and wise men eat them. Never argue with an idiot. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.” She pauses sipping her tea before continuing talking, “We have to dare to be ourselves, however frightening or strange that self may prove to be Blumenfeld, regardless the four dragon heads I have in mind are Tretrid, Alythunia, Asendavia, and Norgsveldt. In the long run, we will need these four nations for true Jurain protection, and for them, they get to become some of the most deadly agents on this damn planet. Good neighbors always spy on you to make sure you are doing well.” She would say before pulling up pictures of the nations and start assigning missions.

“I will be personally going to tretrid to set up our First dragon head, Blumenfeld you go to Asendavia I believe your team has worked enough there to already have a good relationship with them. Iram Szinessy you and your boys head out to Norgsveldet, and Mira Aidallbery you and your crew go up to Alythunia see what makes them tick they hate Rufuina so use that to our advantage.” Charlotte would say before standing up and saluting, she would walk back up the stairs and out the door to the aircraft hanger where her group was waiting to depart for Tretrid.

10:10pm

Charlotte set inside what was a Jurain bar sipping some fine Asendavia liquor, she had a rather long day for what it was worth it was a relief to get away from the problems. She always felt at home here with people who were proud she was leading the Jurain population around the world, it also doubled as a Nassad safehouse in the apartments above the bar. One of the many Nassad own properties around the world though you would never know, simply because they are by all accounts legal business. She thought about how Olav had spoken Octali earlier that day, she was confused about how could he possibly know it so well do people teach it in his country?

Olav walked into the Jurain bar, though he had already been drinking a bit with the Asendavian princes of Hjalmar and Alexander. Though the king was not done drinking yet, he had to part ways with the princes after Alexander got too drunk. Olav also had to guess that they had other business to deal with. Though Olav did not notice Charlotte when he walked in, the same could not be said about Charlotte noticing him.

Charlotte would catch Olav out the corner of her eye finishing her cup before turning around, a pair of agents would walk up before she simply raised her hand and they left. “Mr.Olav what brings you to the lovely Club Pollok tonight? For a second I might have thought you been following me” She would say before ordering them both a Margarita.

Olav was first surprised when he heard Charlotte speaking to him, before rolling his eyes as he heard Charlotte joked about him following her. As he sat down next to Charlotte he gave her a glance “If anyone should be worried about people following others, it should be Hanlon having to think about your agents” Olav joked as he got the Margarita from the bartender. “No, I am here simply for needing another drink. I had been drinking a bit earlier today with the Asendavians, but I thought I could take another before I went back to my hotel.” Olav said with a smirk on his face thinking back to his drinking contest.

“Hanlon has yet to find his place in the greater scheme of things my dear friend” Charlotte would say before taking a sip of her drink, “Asendavians are not very good at holding liquor… but they make damn good drinks I tell you that much.” She pauses before letting off a  chuckle, “Who knows, they could be watching him sleep from the next room for all we know. But I maintain restraint I have bigger problems than a sheep such as himself, he underestimates the power of Nacata that will be his greatest downfall.” She would say smiling at the thought.

“Hanlon underestimates his entire situation Charlotte, but the problem with such opponents is that they also easily allow others to underestimate them. He has also been available to sly away from a lot of hardship simply by using the MBE against his enemies. As such I am planning on talking with MBE about Rufuina, Barvata fully knows that he is the only reason Rufuina has not tasted true justice for their actions.” Olav said as he took a deep sip from his glass.
“Anyway this conference has shown things quite clearly on one thing, Rufuina has isolated themselves even more now. Even Barvata has shown that he was annoyed by Hanlon’s behavior, even though I did not like that I compromised as much as I did. In the long run it has shown one thing, Hanlon’s stubbornness and attitude will be the reason for their isolation.” Olav said giving out an evil smirk that is generally not typical for a man such as Olav.

“The MBE is not the best sometimes… they tend to take the peaceful route for everything which is fine but what is the point, you have the largest military on the planet their mere presence would be enough to make most rethink their action.  It’s fine I have the most advanced and largest intelligence unit in the world, his cards are not being played correctly. I do hope you can talk some sense into the lads.” She would say finishing her drink ordering another one. “Plus I had a question when did you learn Octali?” Charlotte would ask raising an eyebrow.

Olav left out a slight chuckle as he knew Charlotte was going to ask that question. “By an old friend, an elven woman by the name Alvida. When I was studying for military leadership in the city of Vinby in Dvalheim, I met Alvida. She taught me Octali, though being a young 17 year old boy I was often distracted by her beauty then trying to focus on her teachings of the language. Though despite the many years it took, I was available to fully learn it thanks to her.” Olav said as he smiled as he thought back on his old friend. “I haven’t really talked that much with her after I became king and she became a major general of the Dvalian army.”

“Octali is a hard language to learn Mr.Olav, it takes time and concentration, something alot of people do not have these days. Most people wonder how Nacata has constantly defeated nations double our size, Prussia for example but it all comes from us being patient. You see we have nowhere to run, or hide we just have Nacata, so in time we learned to take our time and get it done right because we simply can not afford to lose a war.” She said taking a deep breath before drinking some more. “Mr.Hanlon does not understand that so when I mention us never losing a war he took it out of context, it was never meant to scare him it was meant to tell him that we have to hold our own in this world instead of hiding behind superpowers.”

“Well If Prussia ever becomes a problem again, Norgsveldet will help. Though we are kinda too busy with helping Dvalheim keep control of Tiervan until they can reform the situation there. Alvida is keeping me updated on that. There is that and we are fearing the worst in Valkerus, I fear a civil war might start there, I have had my eldest daughter talk with a member from the restorationist party there 6 days ago.” Olav said as he drank up his glass as he chugged down what was left, before ordering some Asendavian akevitt. “Honestly Novaris is becoming more of a powderkeg then Aurora is!” Olav joked as he took a sip from the akevitt he got.

“Yes it would seem that way until you realize who actually runs Novaris, Kuthernburg is the Main player on the continent so most situations that occur happen because Kuthernburg deems it not much of a threat. As a democratic nation, she believes that every nation has the right to remove someone from power if the people wish that to be, so I wouldn’t think much of that civil war until Kuthernburg steps in. The Kuthernburg Kingdom stretches from Borea to Concord hence why the East Coast of Novaris is always so stable and economically prosperous, Alythunia, Nacata, Duelland, Veridian Union, and Latianburg all come under to form one secure block.” She would pause smiling for a second as she order another drink before continuing.

“It will Ultimately be Kuthernburgs decision to Intervene down there between Dvalheim and Tiervan, which im positive with a little push from Nacata it will happen. Kuthernburg and Nacata speak highly of your nation, we view you as a friendly Economic Competition, while also being a regional ally.”

Olav drank up the rest of his akevitt glass. “Well, I can say with certainty that I view Kuthernburg and Nacata as regional allies. Though our relations with Morstaybishlia is quite more hostile than Kuthernburg has with them.” Olav joked as he looked down at his glass. Contemplating to take another drink. “Though I would give a word of advice to Kuthernburg, that one might often think one is the ruler of a region. Though as history has shown, same with my own nation, that can often be an illusion. Tiervan is already done with, the problem is the terrorists that have sprung forth from it. Though with Norgsveltian military support it should not be too much of a problem to deal with. Valkerus is one however that Norgsveldet will get involved in ‘’. Olav said as he got up from his chair, putting on his jacket again, looking at his clock on his wrist to see it was getting late. “I have to go now, though If Kuthernburg decide to get involved in Valkerus, I hope Naomi is willing to meet with me to discuss it, so that both support the same side”. Olav said.

“Naomi is a wise woman think she will do what’s right” She would say as she reached into her pocket pulling out a flash drive and Small card. Charlotte would stand up to shake the man’s hand, speaking in native Octali she would say, “I believe Nassad and Norgsveldet would make for good companion, on this flash drive is info on what Nassad has found on Tiervan terrorist that we believe you might be interested in. I think you will be seeing me sooner then you think” she would say before sitting back down.

On the card, it would simply say, “4 headed Dragon”

Olav looked down at the card, before looking up at Charlotte. “Thanks” Olav whispered in Octali as he took the card, and left club Pollok. As he did he called up his wife, telling her he would stay in Sani Bursil for a day more than he expected.
