The Ruthen
The Ruthen, a strong and proud people, of who are the most stubborn, powerful, and perspective in the world (in their perspective.) They have found new lands, as their gigantic fleet has sailed across the world in search of one. In a matter of decades, they found The East Pacific.
The fleet landed on a large island (by what is part of the Vekaiyun Union and such), and settled down. First, small settlements appeared, but in a matter of years, they turned into cities. Heading further inland, they started to create sectors. In the land they so-said claimed, they are divided into six sectors. In the middle of each sector’s meeting point, was a mountain. More like a hollowed out Volcano.
The Volcano was soon named The Fortress, because it’s hollow inside was completely empty of all of it’s past contents. A city started to form in it, and then levels. The city/volcano was cut into ten levels (Level Information Classified). The city, named The Fortress, was soon named the Capital of Ruthenbourg.
In about fifty years, Ruthenbourg has built itself to it’s peak. Although economically powerful, it’s economy is deadly. The sky is just one big heap grey, as is the ground. The grass has no color, nor the sky, trees, and water.

Political Freedoms is a word that doesn’t exist in Ruthenbourg, and the military is it’s greatest accomplishment. From birth to death, you are not resting, and you have had a taste of the military and work. Immigration is highly restricted, and Emigration is outlawed. It’s rare seeing a Ruthen outside of it’s land, of which is cut off from the world by a wall, The Ruthen Wall.
The Fuhrer, Heinz Paul Ruthenbourg I, is the first and current leader of Ruthenbourg. It’s political reference: The First Reich, is switched at each leader. The second leader will change it to The Second Reich, and so on.
As a message to the rest of the world, this is a representation of Ruthenbourg. Heinz hopes that all are to respect him, as he shall respect you with complete fairness and strict order, for none are to doubt Ruthenbourg. Hagel Ruthen!
