Samuel Kudrow has been banned from TEP’s forums after Administration recieved several tips from other regions involving him hacking into users accounts and messing with forums, In one of these he indicated he had hacked into a admin of TEP.
Both Administrative staff on at the time of hearing this, both Todd and Myself, instantly agreed he had to be banned to protect the regional community and its assets.
Mr. Kudrow has already been banned from multiple forums/websites, including all of my other ones such as Lazarus & HobbesHost.
If it was done by admin for the sake of the forum, then no evidence is needed, they can just do it.
But it was done by Hobbes, who is a moderator, not an admin. Under TEP law, only admin have the authority to reserve (i.e. remove from rule of law requirements) a matter for administration and moderation.
If Hobbes is acting for the sake of the forum on a administration and moderation matter reserved by ADMIN then yes that’s fine, but it should be announced (or corroborated) by admin.
I authorized and performed the ban. I had been given enough evidence by members on another forum about an incident he had caused. This incident isn’t isolated either.
I don’t hold any ill will or enmity against anyone - this is solely for the security of the forums.

It was a joint administrative decision by both staff online at the time, Todd and myself. The evidence provided was overwhelming, especiually when one of the individuals reporting provided Samuel’s IP as the one that hacked into the member - We backtraced it and it was a exact match.
The decision was made not by TEP law but by the need for a secure and safe forum, therefor, I couldove performed the ban myself and still would not be answerable to TEP law over it. Even if one can argue I am subject to the Concordat in my administrative actions, there is no law against forum banning, so you really can’t do much to me over it.
Aye. It’s not really a private matter - Tyler insinuated he was an administrator on TEP after hijacking someone’s account via a keygen to porn spam The Kingdom of Great Britain’s forums. But things like IPs and the likes will not be made public.
