Jennifer Kale walked through the district watching them set up the event, she was a tall female about 6’0 with beautiful blue eyes and long blond hair. She would’t seem to be the everyday person to do this job until you look at her background, her beauty and grace disguised the military background. She wanted the event to be better than last year in Kuthernburg, she had the chance to show off Nacata to the world. She carried with her a blueprint paper that shows the even settings, 6 districts in Pollok were to be used Marina District, Julia Harb, Little Babalon which was the man made islands created in the shapes of sea life, and several desert areas just outside the city.
She makes a brief note to include Vulpine friendly areas were they could keep cool in the heat, her phone ringed as she walked down the street"Hello, Kale speaking". The voice on the other end was the president Charlotte who had been keen on opening up Nacata to the international community since March, “Yes, Kale hows the setup coming along ?” She ask anxiously.
“The event is coming great Ms. President, we just received some naval ships for use that are decommissioned from Atiland. actually Ms.President we are loaded with Atiland equipment” she says this while turning over and noticing the two Atiland Frigates That had been painted for use in live explosions. “Perfect I’ll be down there tomorrow morning to do final examinations, do be prepared for early arrivals and give them the options to stay anywhere in those 6 districts, do you have the final prizes ready?”.
“Yes 1st place gets 50 milllion SHD, 2nd 25 Million and 3rd 5million, all their participants will receive $130,000” she says. "Great see you tomorrow " Charlotte says as she hangs up the phone. Jennifer can finally breathe a sigh of relief now that she was off the phone with with President, “Big day ahead let’s make the best of this” she says as she smiles and walks off.
May 4th, 2018; Downtown Pollok
Commander David Schmidt landed in Pollok in the morning along with the rest of the 2nd Xagrurgian Special Operations Service battalion along the 3rd and 5th. With a stature of 6’7 and a veteran of the 1992 Assowolfian-Xagrurgian Intervention, countless black ops missions, and the Auroran-Pacific War, he was physically imposing to many and deadly to those with a target on their backs.
The Xagrurgian Special Operations Service has its origins back to the beginning of the Auroran-Imperial War. Needing a elite force capable of undertaking the most risky missions, the S.O.S. was born. Its first operations involved retrieval of figures of importance such as politicians, informants, etcetera; sabotage, search and destroy, and assassinations. Its manpool consisting of the most hardened veterans of the Xagrurgian military, it quickly became a force to be fearful of. After the war however, its role was relegated to assist police in hostage situations involving people of importance and black ops. They were quickly mobilized once again in the Kuthern Civil War when Xagrurg officially declared war on Kalatianburg.
Along with the arrival of the SOS was the 1st (and only) Carrier Task Force. Consisting of the only two Trek-class supercarriers of the Xagrurgian fleet along with several destroyers, the two boomer submarines, and the reactivation of two battleships from the 1940’s for the event. It represented the remaining might of the Xagrurgian Navy. Furthermore, vessels carrying several Warrior MBTs, APCs, and aircraft follow suit.

Assowolf, who had been sitting on the sidelines for a while on the international stage, has awoken once again and sent a battalion from their Assowolfian Counterterrorism Agency containing their best troops and equipment.

General Guns, who had been keeping an eye on the event for a while, enlisted their branch in Atlantia to set up a booth at the expo center to advertise and promote their company, proceeding to drag out advanced prototype weaponry and an aggressive advertising campaign online and television.

“Captain Nikolic,” Burgdorf booms out to one of the captains of the 6 companies of 150 men, “Yes Colonel?” He salutes him, a Vulpine man, what Burgdorf did not know was that the single battalion of the VCRU (Valokchian Covert Response Unit), was completely comprised of Vulpine operators as chosen by Serpiko Pavlovic, which favored the trait of intelligence rather than strength. “Is all of the companies healthy and fed?” Burgdorf asks with his eyebrow cocked, Nikolic nods cheerfully, “Yes Colonel, we are expected for their arrival to downtown in the coming hours…” Nikolic sighs, “May I do remind you, the companies, making this single battalion, are completely composed of Vulpines, so we may have a slight disadvantage, despite that our men are very…very intelligent and agile.” Burgdorf is confused again by the demographic, “Might I ask why?” Captain Nikolic would sigh once again, “It was requested by Chancellor Pavlovic, that they all be Vulpine…”
“You shitting me? Oh well…I guess we sacrifice the overall strength of these operatives, for agility and intelligence. Besides, intelligence is a pretty important matter in operations or events like this. Guess we need to attempt to show the training we have not used for decades, it will be a very swell opportunity!”
May 5th, Marina Harbor
The crowds gathered and the cameras flashed as the President Of Nacata walked on the stage, the cheering of the massive crowd for day 1 of all races and backgrounds pleased her. This event was a big start to Nacata opening her doors to the world and taking the lead as Kuthernburg takes a backseat on things, “Welcome to Pollok!” She said excitedly as she raised her hands and fireworks lit up the air from the surrounding buildings, she briefly sipped her water before starting her opening speech.
“Welcome! Ladies and Gentlemen, Man & Vulpine to the Beautiful City Of Pollok. Each team from each Nation is here to compete in this friendly competition to prove that they have what the skill and might to represent their nation across seas. International cooperation is vital to keeping our globe safe, commerce flowing, and our planet habitable. Where the stakes are the highest, in the war on terror, we cannot possibly succeed without extraordinary international cooperation. Effective international police actions require the highest degree of intelligence sharing, planning and collaborative enforcement. Which is why the 2018 5th Annual International Military & Special Forces Exercise has included both Police, Swat and Anti-Terrorist Forces into the competition to strengthen ties but to help for better Inter-cooperation between the teams.” She pauses for a moment to take another sip of water.
“This year competition will include 3 teams Axis, Allies, And Pirates. Pirates will be mainly out at sea and your goal will be to defeat all incoming hostilities and capture and secure as many ships as possible without losing more than 3 ships to either Axis or Allies. You will then be removed from your safety at sea to capture a hospital and hold it off from invanding Forces. The Allies and Axis will be involved in battles against eachother on the mainland in one of four sites including our very own Marina Harbor right here, this will include cooperation between different branches including police force. The Nacatan officials run through last minute inspections of the equipment as they prepare to start the wargames Downtown. Each team had set equipment giving per-day depending on the size of the forces, Nacata and Kuthernburg captured 372 Aircraft from Atiland Air Force dividing between the two nations Nacata had a surplus of equipment to use. Marshal Of The Royal Nacatan Air Force Brodie Hessenkl went barrack to barrack placing notes on each contender door.

Marina Harbor
The beaches lined up full of tourist as the Pirates started there pursuit for the ships out by the shore, 4 Lessau boats lead the way with two small Kuthern patrol boats heading towards a large Oul tanker dubbed ‘S.S New Falk’. The two nations quickly set off a series of smoke bombs as they sent 30 soldiers on top to take the ship as they went after other vessels.
On the shores a young Charlotte took the best of the event sitting under the palm trees recording with her cellphone, she had arrived early in the morning and shook hands with a lot of the visitors. She had finally broken out of her shell, Princess Aderyn walks up with her two guards and takes a seat next to her, “Hey Charlotte!” She says as Charlotte turns around with a big smile hugging her “Cousin! Glad you made it you guys are starting”
