The area that now is occupied by the South Hills Area Council of Governments was once a mainly human occupied region, but due to ‘ethnic clensing’ pratices in neighboring countries in the early 18th-early 19th centuries, the Vulpine and Dwarf populations grew and the country is known as a “melting pot” of different species, with racial and special equality record-setting.

A big player on the current world stage, South Hills has recently emerged as a regional power after a successfull campaign against the Prussian Empire, annexation of Babiana and the Ellis Isles, and Dverian campaigns.
