Temple of Kaga from Északvár, Opened

Északvár
11 August 2025

The Realm of Sigeta announced the opening of a new temple dedicated to the Lapideist deity of protection and safety, Kaga, located in the city of Északvár. The investment was made possible with the help of decree 522/2020, adopted by the Council of Ministers.

The new temple is located within the historic center of the city. It was a Paxist place of worship until 1975, after which it was abandoned with the decline of religion in the area. In 2003, it was transferred from the property of the Magisterium of Sigeta to the Északvár People’s Council, and in 2019 it became the property of the Ministry of Culture and Religious Cults. It was only in 2020, with Decree 522/2020, that the place began to be renovated, a project that was carried out in partnership with the Order of Sapience of Sigeta, part of the Eternal Assembly.

The temple will be officially opened next week, when the Day of Return is celebrated, which falls on August 18th.

Attila Szabo welcomes Shimajiro in the Convention of Island Nations

Nagyfelvárad
21 August 2025

The Secretary-General of the Sigetan Communist Party, Attila Szabo, welcomes the initiative of the Empire of Shimajiro to join the Convention of Island Nations. Although the two nations are not diplomatically close, this does not mean that we should treat this subject with indifference, according to Szabo’s speech at the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Sigetan Communist Party.

Also at the same meeting of the Committee, the Secretary-General emphasized the importance of the Limboese Republic in this endeavor, showing once again that the homeland of Iana Klein, the founder of Kleinism, is an important friend of our motherland, and proof that the revolutionary communist spirit can truly change the world.

We wish the Shimanese people a smooth journey into the unexpected future of the world.

“The motherland must be vindicated now!” say SKP officials

Nagyfelvárad
29 August 2025

Several members of the Communist Party published a statement yesterday evening regarding the negotiations between Packilvania and Sigeta, mediated by the Limboese president, Comrade Hellen Portman.

"The Secretary-General of the Sigetan Communist Party and the President of Sigeta, Comrade Attila Szabo, was informed of the desire of the Party, defender of the people and their motherland, to amend the text of the non-aggression pact between the Socialist People’s Republic of Sigeta and the Sultanate of Packilvania, considering that it does a grave injustice to our nation.

The Sigetan motherland has the right to security guarantees and the right to defend itself from possible dangers coming from both the west and the east. Therefore, the Party demands the establishment of demilitarized zones along the border with Packilvania, as well as the guarantee that their forces will respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country. It is in the interest of the people to ensure the safety of the popular revolution, won with great ardor by the revolutionaries led by Chairman Erzsébet Bartha against the fanatical regime[1]."

Clarifications regarding the Temple from Északvár

Északvár
15 September 2025

Following the reaction of the Magisterium of Paxism on August 11 regarding the opening of the Temple of Kaga in Északvár, the Ministry of Culture and Religious Cults of the Socialist People’s Republic of Sigeta issued a press release regarding this situation.

"Regarding the situation of the temple in Északvár, considering that it is the second largest majhid in Sigeta, its property included, in addition to the building itself, the courtyard and several adjacent buildings, among which one located inside the courtyard was converted into the current temple. The building of the former majhid was renovated and transformed into a museum, which was returned to the Sigeta Magisterium.

The ministry also analyzed the announcement made by the spokesperson of the Supreme Magisterium and wishes to emphasize that the Magisterium of Sigeta operates within legal limits (like all other religious organizations) and that the propagation of religious propaganda with the aim of converting other people to a certain religion, as well as the use of inappropriate language towards other beliefs (the act classified as hate speech) constitutes a criminal offense."

Another official reaction came from the Eternal Assembly. The statement signed by the Oracle of Corova, Anamaria IV, states the following:

“First of all, I would like to point out that the announcement is made out of a simple misunderstanding of the Lapideist faith, because treating another faith in this way is completely wrong. It must also be addressed that a large part of the population of Sigeta sees Paxism as having been forcibly imposed during the Emirate, and such a speech coming from the Supreme Magister’s spokeperson can only attract more disgust from them. The only way you can show maturity is by acknowledging your past mistakes (something the Magisterium of Sigeta has already done). I do not say these things out of ill intent, but out of a desire for peaceful coexistence. I pray that the Mother will give you many blessings.”

The Temple of Kaga in Északvár was opened on August 18, 2025, an event attended by the President of Limbo, Hellen Portman.

Religious extremism and fundamentalism, banned by the People’s Democratic Council

Nagyfelvárad
20 September 2025

Members of the People’s Democratic Council met yesterday in the House of the People to vote on a new bill that would ban any form of religious extremism, regardless of denomination, passing the vote with 450 votes in favor. If there is no popular demand to initiate a referendum on this bill within the next five days, then the law will be adopted as voted in the People’s Democratic Council.

The law will prohibit, among other things, legislative proposals based on religious laws, legislative proposals conceived by religious organizations, the restriction of popular rights for religious reasons, as well as the creation of organizations that make the aforementioned proposals.

The bill comes as a complement to the law promulgated last week prohibiting the establishment of religious cults that promote extremist ideas, rituals that lead to serious injury or death of members, as well as religious cults considered a danger to the socialist path of the motherland.

The President of the Council of Ministers and member of the Central Committee of the Sigetan Communist Party, Erika Farkas, stated that this law does not endanger the activities of existing and state-recognized religious cults and organizations. She also specified that any attempt to usurp state power by any religious cult would be considered treason under the current legislation.

“When the Council of Ministers proposed this law, we consulted with representatives of religious denominations and organizations in the country to make sure that this law does not endanger their activity. As for the assumption that this law comes as a response to the words of the Supreme Magister, these are unfounded and untrue. The law aims to protect and avoid religious fundamentalism, which, let us remember, has brought great suffering to our motherland and its people, and for this suffering we have not received any kind of compensation or even an apology from those who supported this suffering,” Erika Farkas declared to Szikra journalists.

Contacted by Szikra, both the representatives of the Sigeta Realm of the Eternal Assembly and those of the Magisterium of Sigeta confirmed that they were consulted by the Ministry of Culture and Religious Cults on this legislative proposal, approving it.

Direct flights between Limbo and Sigeta resume

Nagyfelvárad
04 October 2025

According to a press release from the Ministry of Transport, direct flights between Nagyfelvárad and Corinești from Erzsébet Bartha International Airport resumed at the beginning of the month. This was after more than 5 years, during which time flights between Sigeta and Limbo were suspended due to the uncertain financial situation of the airline Air Limbo.

The resumption of direct flights between Nagyfelvárad and Corinești is due to the renewal of the strategic transport partnership agreement between the Socialist People’s Republic of Sigeta and the Republic of Limbo, which states that flights to Corinești will be operated by Szilé (Sigetan Airlines), and those to Nagyfelvárad by Air Limbo.

The current price of a round-trip ticket is 19,458 forints, or around 255 lei.

[O] Imperialism Masked As Safety or How To Sacrifice Your Nation For Selfish Goals

Nagyfelvárad
10 October 2025

Author: Mátyás Bellak, Head of the Advocacy and Information Department of the Sigetan Communist Party & member of the Politburo of the Sigetan Communist Party

The joint investigation conducted by Aivintis, Thaeykica, and Nisserige on the claims that a terrorist attack in Korćetta was funded by the Kaskadan Federation ended, with the conclusion being that the King of the Federation, Gustav IV, has funded extremist groups in the region without any authorization from any so-called “democratic” institutions. This revelation has resulted in the decision of the President of Korćetta, Aleksy Niezgoda, to resume military hostilities towards the Federation.

In the IF General Council’s meeting, the Ambassador of Sigeta to the International Forum, Zsófia Bathory, has reiterated the need of solving this issue through diplomatic means, proposing a temporary demilitarized buffer zone between the two states until the situation is solved diplomatically, proposal backed by the Ambassador of Limbo to the International Forum, Diana Soroceanu.

It should be pointed out that the conflict started before this, when Korćetta decided to begin a military conflict with the Kaskadan Federation after an attempted assassination on their own “poor” president Niezgoda, without attempting to communicate their concerns with the Federation. The fact that this was his answer to a suspicion shows the lack of care towards the well-being of their people.

But we cannot just point out the wrongs of the Korćettans, as it is also the fault of the elitist Gustav IV, who decided to fund extremist (most likely fascist and ethno-nationalist) organizations in the region, without any consent from the actual powers of the “democratic” institutions. Is Zemeprievadai (and the Kaskadan Federation) truly a democracy, or did their bourgeoisie, led by the tyrannical king, made this system to create the illusion of democracy for the people?

Do the governments of those two countries care about their people, about the lives of their workers, or do they just wish to make sure that the proles don’t rise against their tyranny?
