An Amendment to the Concordat was passed (vote) by the Magisterium on 2024-08-15T15:56:00Z and confirmed (referendum) by the citizenry on 2024-09-17T21:30:00Z.

Article F.2 is amended to read:

Each Resident shall not be tried twice for the same offence unless new and compelling evidence has been presented to the Conclave nor forced to self-incriminate. Residents shall have the right of representation by adequate counsel to enforce these rights. Residents shall not be denied the right to representation as limited by statutory law.
