[A-2024-34] Amendment to the Concordat

Magister Vussul has proposed an amendment to the Concordat. This was motioned to vote by Magister Pauline_Bonaparte on Monday, August 5, 2024 3:27 PM and was seconded by Magister Mangegneithe on Wednesday, August 7, 2024 7:52 PM.

INFORMATION

This amendment needs a majority of voting Magisters and a 50% quorum to pass.

IMPORTANT

A one week voting period will occur between the following period:
Thursday, August 8, 2024 3:56 PM→Invalid date

Choices for voting:
Vote AYE or FOR if you are in favor.
Vote NAY or AGAINST if you are against.
Vote PRESENT or ABSTAIN if you cannot make a decision.

Article F.2 is amended to read:

Each Resident shall not be tried twice for the same offence unless new and compelling evidence has been presented to the Conclave nor forced to self-incriminate. Residents shall have the right of representation by adequate counsel to enforce these rights. Residents shall not be denied the right to representation as limited by statutory law.
