A New and Improved FPA

In an effort to run a much more effective Alliance, there was recently the creation of the Unified Firean Assembly and the Union of Sovereign Firean Forces. The UFA’s job is to govern both the Fire Pact Alliance and the USFF while the USFF job is to help protect and expand the interests of the FPA. Adopting some of the SEPC processes, Council Members must be elected from each of the member-states and can improve upon the Pact should it be required and be majority ruled. There are four specific roles that’ll be vital in the UFA: General Secretary, President, Vice President, and the Minister of Security. While it has yet been decided on who would exactly take the occupations and what they will do, it has been expected for these roles to be fulfilled by Wensday.

The New Eternal Wrath?

Earlier today, Celannica has recently announced one of the secret projects that they have been working on since Feburary 4th: A new space station. Since the disarmament and destruction of the Eternal Wrath that was used during the Four Days’ War, the Gondwana nation has stated that the new space station will replace their militarized counterpart in order to peacefully complete several missions they had in mind. While it will be smaller than its counterpart, it will definitely share into a more important role such as the testing of the perhaps first-ever Space Drones and participate in the clean-up still ongoing in space. While many still fear of what the new space stations may actually do, the Empire believes that this is a necessary step in order to progress in the world. It is expected for the new space station to be launched on December 10th.

FPA Projects

In an effort to keep up with the rest of the world in terms of economic and military power, the Empire of Celannica has also announced that it, along with several other member-states, will jointly work on several of these projects designed to boost their powers. While the projects have yet to be publicly named, there has been one project named: the creation of a Firean Universal Combat Platform. It will allow member-states to create more advanced versions of the militarized vehicles they currently possessed along with the creation of a future FPA exclusive supersonic fighter jets.[edit_reason]Needed to be fixed up a bit.[/edit_reason]

Fate of the FPA?

After the unfortunate war in Concord months ago, morale in Fire Pact Alliance Member-States have been extremely low and is still being affected by the events. With Member-States leaving the Alliance as well as the Alliance receiving condemnation for protecting an now ex-Member-State during the war, the General Secretary of the Alliance has called upon all remaining FPA nations to send in national representatives to the FPA Head Quarters held in Celannicas’ capital city, Zeda. This meeting, as he grimly stated,“Will decide the Fate of the FPA.” While many can only speculate the future of the Alliance, Celannica’s Imperial Council have jointly stated that,“No matter the outcome of the meeting, the Empire will continue to honor our friendships with all Member-States of the FPA no matter the hardships that come in our way!”

Success of the FUCP!
Despite the recent strings of bad luck, the FPA Firean Universal Combat Platform has been a not-so-disappointing fruit of labor made possible by the unified efforts of the remaining Member-States contributions. As the new, next-generational military land and air vehicles were revealed through a military parade, it is unknown what the FPA will exactly do with these newly developed vehicles as they, along with several other projects, will be one of the many topics of discussion in the upcoming meeting.

FPA Scientists Reveal SHOCKING New Relevation!

When scientists employed by the FPA gathered DNA data from various Member-States, they noticed nothing unusual between any of their gathered data. However, when the scientists ran further testing on three specific DNA’s, they discovered something incredible: the peoples of Asendavia, Celannica, and the UKKJ were all related! While it is yet unknown how this is possible, multiple theories have been formed to explain how this was exactly possible. The most popular and widely accepted theory stated that an Asendavian missionary ship in the 1660’s crashed landed on the main island of Celannica, where the Natives and the Asendavians mixed together, and after numerous Celans/Celanas were captured and eventually freed from Astranian enslavement in the 1800’s, the people moved and eventually settled into the modern day nation of the UKKJ. When told about this new information, the General Secretary stated,“As we were united through common ideas and goals, so shall we be forever more be united through blood!”

From FPA to UPN

Following the successful United Phoenix Nations meeting and transition from a political and military standpoint (FPA) to a more economic and scientific approach, the UPN has since renamed the worldwide Fire Pact Alliance News Center to the Firean Tribune, opened up its own embassy in a number of nations, and even managed to gain two more faithful Member-States: the Republic of Zukchiva and the Empire of Valokchia. During this time, the UPN has expressed that this is only the beginning of a prosperous economic union that will only grow richer and smarter as time moves on. In fact, the union has already announced plans to launch their second space station in the name of scientific achievements.

After the launch of the international space research platform, Spacelab, the UPN responded to such a development as a determined rival by continuing to develop their own, if not smaller, version of Spacelab. Designated simply as the Celestial Station, its purpose will act similar to Spacelab as it will serve for research and experimentation purposes, but unlike its past predecessor, the Eternal Wrath, the station will not be armed with the deadly weaponry shown in the Four Days’ War with devastating effect. Instead, it will serve as a platform for the world’s first usage of the so-called Space Drones designed to specifically work in zero gravity and assist UPN astronauts in their work. The original launch date for the UPN’s space station was supposed to be held on the 10th of December 2017, but it was delayed for reasons yet to be revealed. The new launch date will be held on the 31st of May 2018, during the symbolic opening presentation of Celannica’s borders to foreign tourists.

Robotic Ambition

Following a military demonstration of several Celan UAV’s in action last year as well as testing of the UPN’s Space Drones, the young idealistic Emperor of Celannica, Hirohito Zetta, enthusiastically announced today his plans to modernize his armed forces by integrating unmanned vehicles and robots to become a large part of his armed forces in the future. Noting today’s ever advancing technology, the proud Emperor has vaguely stated that he plans to bring military robotics into ‘the heart of Celannica’ to raise the Empire’s position in the world by enacting his “Iron Policy”. Already setting aside millions worth of SH dollars for his envisioned projects, it is alleged that Celannica has already begun its mission to recruit as many foreign robotic engineers as possible for several universities around the state to educate and train their own engineers. In addition, Celannica has opened up a significant portion of its market to any and all corporations, organizations, and even nations with the intention of purchasing as many products or robotic supplies as possible. It should be noted that other scientific fields, such as programming or artificial intelligence, will simultaneously increase in popularity as robotics gain increasingly civilian and military interests thanks to the Empires efforts.

In a shocking decision, the Celan Emperor, while mainly focusing on his earlier ambition, has pledged to open up Celannica’s borders and invite numerous foreign tourists and journalists from around the world to admire the secretive Empires ‘hidden beauty and amazing talents’ through the usage of an international lottery. While such an act was considered highly unlikely considering Celannicas history of isolation, violence, and especially its militaristic and totalitarian nature, careful preparations for the incoming tourists have been made as various educational and entertainment sites have been opened up. "When the brave tourists step inside my Empire,” The Celan Emperor said when asked about the purpose of the sudden invitations,” I want them to see the true nature of my people and open up their eyes to wipe away every lie that has been spread against us. Only until then they will see our true, passionate spirits burn brighter than the stars very themselves!” The first lucky 450 tourists to be picked in the lottery will be sent to Celannica to receive a high-quality set of Celan or Celana clothing of their choice, their very own limited edition silver coin highlighting their visit to the Empire, and a chance to meet and take photos with the Emperor himself.[edit_reason]Added in a lottory[/edit_reason]
