The Sacrosanct Ramaenite Predominance
Under the leadership of the most venerable grace, Her Serene Eminence, August Lun Astris. (Being the first of her name to occupy the position of August, she does not have a regnal number.) She rules by the right and will of The Assemblage. The August has at her disposal a body of her most able Ministers, The Sepulchre, who are tasked with executing Her Serene Eminence’s will in various departments (war, defense, domestic affairs, foreign affairs, etc), and advising her in the departments they oversee. They serve at the pleasure of the August, and may be dismissed at any time by her for any reason whatsoever.
The Assemblage is a council of the most preeminent nobles in The Predominance (the ruler of each member-state of The Predominance) . They are de jure chosen by the August and elect the August’s heir. (The largest countries have since enforced dynastic rule within their borders. The members of The Sacrosanct League [covered later] are still chosen by the August.) The Members of The Assemblage cannot be removed unless deemed unfit for their position by a tribunal of the entirety of the Predominance’s nobility.
The Sacrosanct League is an organization of the weaker states within The Predominance. When elected, The August is given membership regardless of the strength and size of the demesne they personally rule. The League is led by the foremost of nobility within its ranks, which is always the August.
There are four major powers within the Predominance: Nimais (the premier land-based military power within The Predominance), Solstn (the premier naval force within The Predominance), Hisaeteca (a zealous military power featuring a rigid and absolute monarchy), and Atrophyx (home of the August; it boasts a sizable military dedicated to the protection of the minuscule nations within The Predominance [this military is largely funded by the aforementioned minor nations in The Predominance] the August has no choice in this, as the minor nobility could revoke the August’s title and the privileges granted therein.)

Government style: A de jure elected monarchy. The Predominance actually exists as a de facto loose coalition of independent monarchist states (besides The Sacrosanct League) that begrudgingly pay homage to the August whenever one is elected.
