New act signed
The Grand King signs the Neutrality Act on April 13, 2023, which he addressed the act today by stating, “This act is not to show us as weak or cowardly. This act declares our neutrality and to not take sides in any current and future wars unless there is a threat to the fatherland.” A very short speech was from him, it was indeed.
