Bran Astor was enthroned as Dragon Emperor of TWP on November 26th, succeeding the Holy Principality of Saint Mark. He had this to say to the region:

Howdy TWP!
I’m Bran, the new World Assembly Delegate of the West Pacific and I wanted to take a minute to say thank you to all of you.
Thank you for supporting the wacky and weird events like Casserole of Humanity, The Time Warp Pacific, and Z-Day.
Thank you for the speed and efficiency you gave to the transition process. It’s rare for a GCR to not only be days ahead of schedule, but to also not need to rely on outside assistance or dropping out of the WA.
Thank you for the way so many of you are stepping up as warm and welcoming greeters on the RMB. This is encouraging and I’m excited to see how you develop as the next generation of leaders for our beloved region.
We have some more changes coming in the next couple of weeks as ministerial elections proceed. There are also some more fun in the way of Turkey Pardons, Secret Santa, and Ugly Sweater Contests, so keep your eyes open for those announcements.

Turkey Pardon Time

It was put up to a regional vote to decide which of four tasty turkeys- Big Tom, Adele, Old Pecker, or Butterball- would be pardoned by our new delegate Bran Astor this Thanksgiving. The vote swung in favor of Old Pecker but the matter had to be settled by the Hall of Nations, which has also voted in approval of saving the gallant fowl. Bran agreed to the decision and gladly pardoned Old Pecker, declaring him to be “the most innocent turkey in the Best Pacific.”
