After the chaotic recent years of our nation, our government has decided to renew our Foreign Relations Doctrine to help rebuilt our country anew.
The people of Tissandra have always been a lover of freedom and equality. And so, with this spirit, we open ourselves once more to the world, as we rebuilt our devastated nation.
And so, the Foreign Ministry on behalf of His Majesty the King, invites the countries of Urth to establish certain pacts and deals to ensure a mutual and beneficial cooperation between our countries,and to help the rebuilding of our and other devastated nations.
We humbly allow these pacts to be negotiated.

Any other form of diplomatic or military negotiations can be negotiated immediately.
We hope that our new standing is being received as a positive gesture by any sovereign states on Urth, and that we can create further relations and cooperations.
